At Champagne's Urban Fashions, we take pride in providing high-quality apparel and outstanding customer service. Every item is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Our store offers both ready-to-ship inventory and made-to-order apparel.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind after purchase
• Preference for a different color or design

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Eligible ready-to-ship items may qualify for a return or exchange if they are:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an item has entered production or has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
